German Physical Society Spring Meeting “Dresden 2017“: Program Highlights

March 8, 2017 (A385).  The German Physical Society (DPG) Spring Meeting on Condensed Matter Physics (“Dresden 2017”) will be held in Dresden, Germany, from March 19th to 24th, 2017.  General information on this meeting is available at http://dresden17.dpg-tagungen.de/index.html?set_language=en&cl=en. Some regular program highlights involving superconductivity-related topics, including cryogenics, can be viewed here.  We like to point out that this national meeting has a steadily increasing international character due to the fact that all regular program presentations are by now in English. The program offers a glimpse into the newest work in progress in Germany and some neighboring countries, in analogy to the APS March Meeting in the United States.

The SNF had 967 visitors in the month of March 2017,
and has had 137,617 visitors
since its inception on July 15, 2007.
