Cryogenic Computing Complexity (C3) Proposers’ Day Presentations

May 3, 2013, updated June 8, 2013 (HE74U).   All presentations from the March 12, 2013, Proposers' Day for the Cryogenic Computing Complexity (C3) program (see A197) have been posted on the web at: http://www.iarpa.gov/Programs/sso/C3/solicitation_c3.html

The presentations were delivered on March 12, 2013 at Proposers’ Day organized by the United States Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity (IARPA) Office in the in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area.  IARPA expects to post the capabilities briefings shortly.  These are introductions of experience and expertise from potential performers, seeking to become part of a C3 proposer team.

IARPA notes, these presentations are provided solely for information and planning purposes. The Proposers' Day Conference did not constitute a formal solicitation for proposals or proposal abstracts.  Nothing said at Proposers’ Day changes the requirements set forth in a forthcoming Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) and BAA supersedes anything presented or said at the Proposers’ Day by IARPA.  The full text of the Announcement, including the technical background description is also accessible at the webpage indicated above.
