Abstract — This talk overviews the status of Chinese standardization effort in superconductivity technology. Members of the Committee are identified in terms of participating institutions, and Technical Committee’s leadership. Main standardization tasks are listed, also in relation to international IEC/TC90 efforts. The Chinese standard development procedure is described and the already issued publications identified, which concentrate mainly on terminologies and characterization methods for materials and both power and electronic devices. Furthermore, the ongoing standardization projects are listed and their current status given. In the next part of this presentation, standardized measurement setups and test procedures are briefly described and auxiliary information provided, including that on experts participating in IEC/TC90 working groups and Chinese participation in IEC/TC90 meetings. This presentation provides also an outlook on future standardization work.
