Editorial Introduction to Issue 23
January 14, 2013 (E23). The Special Issue No. 23 brings the following additional ASC 2012 material:
- Several slide presentations of invited talks not written down as papers. In one case (2SLE-04), the author asked us to post the presentation, although an invited manuscript was submitted to ASC for possible publication in IEEE Transactions on Applied Superconductivity.
- Two contributed materials preprints (2MPQ-04 and 3MA-08) that were contest winners and qualified for publication in Issue No. 22. Unfortunately, their reviews weren’t received in time.
Several remaining contributed preprints that were not among contest winners, but were rated “good” by our reviewers and thus qualified for prepublication.
