It is our great pleasure and honor to welcome you to the 37th International Superconductivity Symposium, ISS 2024, to be held in Kanazawa, Japan, from December 3 to 5, 2024. The ISS has been held annually since the first symposium in 1988, shortly after the discovery of high-temperature superconducting material, and this year marks the 37th symposium.
