Women in Engineering International Leadership Conference

This will be the first in-person gathering for WIE ILC since 2019 and we are so excited for the community to come together. We really hope you will join us there in person!

2022 IEEE WIE ILC continues the evolution of the conference. With the ongoing pandemic, IEEE WIE ILC plans to be hybrid with both virtual and in-person attendance options. The in-person conference will be held 6-7 June 2022, at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, CA, USA. While we are excited to see our attendees in person again, we understand that many people still feel virtual conferences are safer.

We have a great line-up with 50+ sessions, including topics focusing on Executive Leadership, Disruptive Tech, Diversity & Inclusion, and more. Keynote Speakers include Dr. Lisa Su (President & CEO, AMD), Dawn Jones (Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer and Vice President of Social Impact, Intel), and Jenny Parmentier (Chief Operating Officer, Parker Hannifin Corporation).
