2025 Iron-based Superconductors: Advances Towards Applications

We would like to invite you to the IBS2app 2025, which will be held in Miyazaki, Japan from 13th to 15th February 2025.

This event is the 2nd international workshop dedicated on iron-based superconductors, following the first workshop in Santa Margherita, Italy in 2020.

Miyazaki is located in southern Kyushu island in Japan and is distinguished by its mild climate throughout the year. Indeed, Miyazaki consistently ranks at the forefront in Japan for the number of sunny days per year. Miyazaki is also renowned for “Jidori” chicken, known for its exceptional quality with rich taste.

The IBS2app 2025 offers researchers a platform for scientific discussion and information exchange on iron-based superconductors, along with opportunities for networking through social events.

The workshop covers a wide range of research domains, spanning theories, fundamental physical studies, chemical syntheses, material sciences, computational and data sciences, and applied research, such as high-field magnets and accelerators, on iron-based superconductors and related materials.
