President and Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Conductor Technologies, Dr. Danko van der Laan holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Twente in the Netherlands. He founded Advanced Conductor Technologies after inventing the CORC^® cable technology and is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company. He is also a Senior Research Associate at the University of Colorado.
